Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) is an effective strategy for addressing myopia control. These contact lenses are worn overnight like a retainer. They reshape the cornea overnight so you can be glasses-free during the day. Ortho-K is not permanent. If wear is discontinued, the cornea will return to its original shape.
